Shipping policy
Items are made to order so please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to arrive, if you require a quicker turnaround please get in touch before ordering and we will try our best to help.
All parcels are sent via Royal Mail, you will receive an email once your purchase has been dispatched and all parcels will come well packaged to avoid damage.
Royal Mail advises delivery can be up to 3-5 working days. In the event your parcel is still not with you beyond this timeframe, we advise you contact the Royal Mail first to attempt to locate your parcel. Please note, we cannot re-send orders until they are officially declared lost under Royal Mail guidelines (10 working days).
Please make sure you order carefully and check that it is exactly what you wanted at checkout and then again when you receive your order confirmation. If you spot a mistake please inform us within 24 hours, we can then amend any errors although this is not guaranteed due to high demand for some items.
Every effort is made to ensure at every stage of our process that your order is checked before they are posted.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if anything does arrive damaged, or faulty or if there is any other problem with your order then please contact us straight away and we'll do our best to resolve this for you.
