Refund policy

Any handmade to order/custom-made items are made for you. Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund on these.

We can not be held responsible for any colour discrepancies with products. Please be advised that computer screen colour settings vary and can affect the way products appear on the screen. 

We offer a return policy on faulty items, we will replace these items for you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To return your items, you can contact us via our online form. If accepted, we’ll send you instructions where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and a replacement will be sent out once your returned item is received and reviewed.


Please note, we cannot refund postage and packaging charges.


We recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. We cannot accept responsibility for postage fees or for any items damaged or lost.
